First of all, we use a simplified form of the globally utilized Waterfall project methodology, and also we have established a special implementation method for on demand software (Evolutionary CRM Consulting Methodology).

Evolutionary CRM Consulting Methodology
The project is done in two key phases: a very short initial implementaiton phase (resulting in fast go live), and a longer evolutionary phase, which is a continous consulting process with managers and the user base (resulting in user exceptence and system processes streamlined with real life).

The Waterfall Methodology
The three main phases of this method are planning, build and go-live. The first and last phases have a greater emphasis on business and demand intensive cooperation from the user-side; the realization phase is mostly software or detailed process planning work done mainly by us. Each phase ends with a well-defined milestone, and its acceptance is indispensable for progression.
